Recent HOA Accomplishments
Ensure that the HOA’s bylaws are enforced
Contract to have off - duty law enforcement patrol the neighborhood on random occasions
Have landscape service work done several times a year for our two front entrances, with seasonal plantings, shrub trimming and general maintenance
Had the state Department of Transportation line the gullies at the entrance with granite rocks and ensure that the area is stabilized from future environmental and man made erosion.
Ensure that street lights are properly maintained
Individual board members have advocated for the neighborhood, especially in regard to future development
